• Customizable Coatings: HyperDip Aerosols, Luna One Aerosols, ColorShifting Paints, Colorshift Pearls, Holographic, and Micro Flakes.
• Complete Kits: Body Armor Kits, Car Kits, Dip Armor™ Kits for full projects.
• Application & Finishing: Aerosol Primers, Application Tools, Masking Materials, Finishing Discs.
• Care & Maintenance: Car Wash & Aftercare products.

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to monitor settings, application technique, or batch differences.

Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items: For safety, quality, and compliance, the following cannot be returned:

• SAFETY: Any opened or used aerosol product (Aerosol Collections, Primers, HyperDip, Luna One, ColorShifting Paints).
• CUSTOM: Any product custom-mixed to your specifications.
• HYGIENE: Opened Application Tools, Finishing Discs, or Masking Materials.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

1. You submit an order through our website.
2. We send an order acknowledgment (this is not an acceptance).
3. Order acceptance occurs when we send a shipping confirmation.
4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment.

Pricing and Payment:

• Prices are listed in USD. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal.
• Your payment is processed at the time of order.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Shipping:

• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.
• Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods & Costs:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. Tracking is provided upon shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed for transparency and ease, mirroring the control you get with our products.

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Authorization: An RMA number from our support team is required.
• Process: Initiate a request at [email protected] within 15 days. Follow the provided 4-step guide.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Exchanges/Damaged Items: For incorrect or damaged items (e.g., Body Armor Kit), contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and expedite a replacement.

• We are not responsible for improper application, surface preparation, or environmental conditions affecting the final result.
• We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
