We stand behind our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your vision. Our policy is built for transparency and ease, mirroring the control you get with our Masking Materials and Finishing Discs.

- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Authorization Required: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
The Return & Exchange Process: A 4-Step Guide
Just like following our application instructions, our return process is straightforward.

We will email you a unique RMA number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. Ship to our fulfillment center: Dip Your Cars, 4529 Dawson Drive, Louisville, US 40202.
Our team inspects returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt. Upon approval, your exchange is processed immediately, or your refund is initiated.

Refunds: Timing & Method
We handle refunds with the security you expect.
- Timing: Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank/provider.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 Standard fee) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement.
âš Important: Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)
To ensure safety, quality, and compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- SAFETY Opened or Used Aerosol Products: This includes any Aerosol Collections, Aerosol Primers, HyperDip Aerosols, Luna One Aerosols, and ColorShifting Paints. Due to chemical regulations, once the seal is broken, they cannot be resold.
- CUSTOM Custom or Mixed Products: Any product custom-mixed to your specs, such as specific Colorshift Pearls blends or tailored Micro Flakes combinations.
- HYGIENE Opened Application Tools & Consumables: Opened packages of Finishing Discs, used Application Tools, or Masking Materials that are no longer in sterile, resalable condition.
Pro Tip: Unsure about a color or product? Consider ordering our smaller Car Kits or sampling our Aerosol Collections before committing to a large project like a full Dip Armorâ„¢ Kit.
Exchanges & Damaged/Incorrect Items
Exchanges: Need a different Holographic film or a larger Car Wash & Aftercare kit? Follow the standard return process, clearly stating the item you wish to exchange for. We ship the new item once the return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your Body Armor Kit or Accessories arrive damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost.
