Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and reliable as our application process.

Policy Overview: We accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unopened items in original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The Return & Exchange Process: A 4-Step Guide

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Your RMA & Instructions
    We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Package & Ship
    Securely pack the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. Ship the package to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your instructions.
  4. Inspection & Resolution
    Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or initiate your refund.

Refunds: Timing & Method

We handle refunds with the same security we apply to your payment data:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 Standard Shipping fee) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety, quality, and compliance, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or Used Aerosol Products SAFETY
    This includes any Aerosol Collections, Aerosol Primers, HyperDip Aerosols, Luna One Aerosols, and ColorShifting Paints. Due to chemical regulations and safety concerns, once the seal is broken, these items cannot be resold.
  • Custom or Mixed Products CUSTOM
    Any product that has been custom-mixed, such as specific Colorshift Pearls blends or tailored Micro Flakes combinations.
  • Opened Application Tools & Consumables HYGIENE
    Opened packages of Finishing Discs, used Application Tools, or Masking Materials that are no longer in sterile or resalable condition.

Tip: Unsure about a color or product? Consider ordering our smaller Car Kits or sampling our Aerosol Collections before committing to a large project like a full Dip Armorâ„¢ Kit or AutoFlex application.

Exchanges

Need a different color of Holographic film or a larger Car Wash & Aftercare kit? Exchanges are simple. Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating the item you wish to exchange for. We will ship the new item once the return is approved. For expedited exchanges, contact us to discuss options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Body Armor Kit or Accessories arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost to you.
